• Analysis and review of your child’s sleep history.

• 1 hour sleep consultation to review your sleep goals and how to achieve them.

• A bespoke and detailed Sleep Plan for your child.

• 2 weeks of daily follow up communication where I will guide you and support you in implementing your plan. I will also help to troubleshoot and recommend adjustments as necessary.

• Advice on upcoming sleep milestones and typical sleep issues upon wrap up.

No extra cost for twins or multiples. You can add on siblings for an additional €160.

Once your payment has been completed, you will be taken to a booking page where you can schedule our consultation call for a time that works best for you. I will then send you the intake form for you to complete, along with the client agreement contract for signature.
